‘fest

Us Badgers got to play an exciting set at Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA this past Saturday. I played the first half of the show solo (since I was booked and on the bill as just “Michael Natrin”) and then Erin joined me on stage for the second half. I rarely get to play solo sets anymore (luckily, since Erin sings so much better than me and adds so much to our shows), but I enjoyed dusting off some old songs (literally, there was dust on my song sheets when I rehearsed) and playing a couple new tunes. Hopefully videos will be online soon, especially since editing them will be 100 times easier since I JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 15″ MACBOOK PRO!!!?!!#!1!

I’m excited to say the least. I bought 16GB of RAM to stick inside of her next week when that magical Newegg box arrives. I am excited. I haven’t ever had a brand new computer that is portable and fancy and awesome. I spent all night installing and updating everything so now I have Mountain Lion and Pro Tools and Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office yay. I will get to test it out this weekend while recording Em‘s new instrumental EP ^_^
